Sure to take your fancy are oysters with shallots and red vinegar marinade served with carrots and celery salad and dark chocolate and red chilli fondant with runny heart and pistachio ice cream.

Show your passion by treating your sweetheart to a Valentine's champagne cocktail (£7.95) at TW2 Bar and Grill before tucking in to a special menu. Why not start with grilled lobster and garlic butter, followed by duck with blood orange sauce, rhubarb and wild rice and finish with champagne soaked strawberries and mint panna cotta for dessert.
